Every gift, from every app, in one place.
Your members give by Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, and Venmo. pay.church gathers the receipt from each one and records it for your treasurer, matched to the giver and ready for statements. The money itself never passes through us.
No card required. Cancel any time.
Receipts from four apps arrive as one record. Two more are on the way.
Giving moved into apps. The records stayed behind.
The offering plate used to leave a paper trail. Now a single Sunday's giving can land in four places, and none of them talk to each other.
- ZelleA bank alert in the pastor's inbox, under forty other emails.
- Cash AppA notification on the treasurer's phone that got swiped away.
- PayPalA receipt with a memo that says "for the building."
- VenmoA gift from someone listed only by a username.
Someone has to find each one, copy it into a spreadsheet, and work out who gave it. pay.church does that part for you.
Set it up once. The ledger keeps itself.
Your members keep giving the way they already do. Nothing changes on their end.

Watch gifts arrive
Each receipt is read, recorded, and matched to the member who gave it as soon as the receipt arrives.

What your treasurer sees.
One record for every gift, with the details you need for giving statements and none of the ones you shouldn't keep.
Forwarded receipts from apps we don't read yet stay here, outside your totals.
One ledger for every app
Gifts from all four apps appear in a single list, with running totals by day and by app.
Gifts matched to members
Returning givers are matched automatically. New names wait for you to confirm, so nobody is added by guesswork.
Proof behind every entry
The original receipt stays attached to each gift, so any number can be traced back to its source.
Possible duplicates flagged
Two identical gifts from one person on the same day get a warning, never a block. People do give twice.
Alerts when receipts stop
If an app goes quiet longer than usual, you hear about it before Sunday's count comes up short.
Ready for statements
Export your records for year-end giving statements and your accountant.
We read the receipts. We never hold the money.
pay.church works only from the receipt emails your apps already send. Every dollar still goes straight to your church.
Your money stays put
Gifts land in your church's accounts exactly as they do today. We are never in the middle.
No bank logins
We never ask for passwords to your bank or payment apps. You choose what to forward.
Account numbers removed
Card and bank account digits are stripped from receipts before anything is saved.
Stop any time
Turn off forwarding and everything else about how your church receives gifts stays the same.
One monthly price. Every app included.
Every plan starts with 14 days free. No card needed until you decide to stay.

Questions pastors and treasurers ask.
Do our members have to change how they give?
No. Members keep using Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, or Venmo exactly as they do now. Only the receipts your church already receives get forwarded to pay.church.
Does pay.church ever touch our money?
Never. We read payment receipts, not payments. Every gift goes directly to your church's accounts, and we never ask for bank or app passwords.
Which apps do you support?
PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, and Venmo today. Givelify and Tithely are next. Forward receipts from any other app anyway: we'll hold them in a separate area, keep them out of your totals, and tell you when we add support.
What happens when a gift comes from someone new?
The gift is recorded right away, and the new name waits for you to confirm or link to an existing member. We don't create member records on our own.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Choose a plan from Settings whenever you're ready. Any trial days you haven't used carry over when you subscribe. You can cancel from the same page at any time.
